Cisco Webex Meetings

Control the deck you are sharing in a Cisco Webex meeting or webinar with Cliqer, no plugin and nothing for attendees to install.

Webex carries the meetings where the stakes are highest, board reviews, customer briefings and regulated-industry calls. Cliqer fits into that world without asking anything of it: the Cliqer app runs your presentation on the computer that joined the meeting, Webex carries the picture as an ordinary screen share, and your phone or tablet drives the slides.

There is no Webex integration to install, no bot in the meeting and nothing for attendees to add on their side.

Screen Sharing is the Bridge: Cliqer controls the application on your computer. For your Webex audience to see the slides, you must be sharing that application window or your screen inside Webex.

Setup and Usage

Launch Cliqer on the computer that is joining the Webex meeting and open the presenter link on your phone or tablet.
Open your presentation and start the slideshow full screen.
In the Webex meeting controls, select Share.
Choose Optimize for text and images for a normal slide deck, or Optimize for motion and video if your slides contain video. Tick Include computer sound when your deck has audio.
Select your screen, or pick the presentation application from the list so nothing else on your desktop is visible.
Advance the slides from the presenter link. Webex shows the change to everyone the moment it happens.
Select Stop in the sharing bar when you are finished.

Only One Person Shares at a Time: Webex allows a single active sharer, and hosts or cohosts can restrict who is allowed to share. Make sure you hold sharing rights before the session starts.
