Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Cliqer account without contacting support:
- If you have a subscription, cancel it first in Dashboard > Billing. Deletion is refused while a subscription is active, so nothing keeps charging an account you can no longer sign in to. A subscription that is already set to end with its paid period does not block deletion. A subscription managed by another payment provider is cancelled with that provider, or email us and we will cancel it.
- Sign in to Cliqer.
- Open Dashboard > Settings > Security.
- In the Account section, select Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. It removes your Cliqer login, your profile, your profile photo and your newsletter subscription, and it signs you out on this device. Other devices that are still signed in lose access to your account within about a minute. It cannot be undone.
Information We May Retain
Some records are not part of your profile, so deleting the account does not remove them:

Content owned jointly by a team may remain available to that team. Local data in the Cliqer Remote app remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

If You Cannot Delete It Yourself
If you cannot sign in, or deletion is refused and you cannot resolve it, email info@cliqer.io from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email once it is done, and no later than one month after your request.
