How to permanently delete a Cliqer account and what information may be retained.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cliqer account without contacting support:

  1. Sign in to Cliqer.
  2. Open Dashboard > Settings > Security.
  3. In the Account section, select Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion removes your Cliqer login profile and personal account information and signs out every active session. It cannot be undone.

Information We May Retain

We may keep transaction records, tax invoices, fraud-prevention records, security logs and other information required by law for the applicable retention period. Content owned jointly by a team may remain available to that team. Local data in the presenter app remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

If you cannot sign in, email info@cliqer.io from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
