Billing, Invoices and Renewals
Billing (cliqer.io/dash/billing) shows your current plan and subscriptions, and your invoices. For prices, see the Pricing page. This page never quotes a price.
Your plan and subscriptions
The Current Plan card shows your plan name. Under it, one row per subscription shows the plan, price and billing period, number of seats, status, and either Renews or Cancels with a date. What you can do on a row:

Other things the card can say:
- Managed via PayPal: a subscription paid through PayPal is listed here with its plan, status, price and renewal date, and its seats when there is more than one. See Cancel a PayPal subscription.
- Provided by licence / team: your plan comes from a licence key or a team plan, with no subscription of its own to manage here.
- No active subscription: you are on the Free plan.
Change plan or add seats
- Click Change plan or Add seats on the subscription.
- Choose the plan and billing period, or the number of seats.
- Cliqer shows a live price: Due today, and the recurring total before tax and discounts. Nothing is charged yet.
- Click Confirm change. The button shows the amount due today, or a credit.
If a payment fails, the window says Payment could not be completed. Use Update payment method, then try again. If the subscription was set to cancel, confirming a plan change turns renewal back on.
Cancel or resume
- Click Cancel, then Cancel at period end. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then it does not renew.
- Until that date, click Resume to keep the subscription. Keep subscription closes the window without cancelling.
Cancel an active subscription before you delete your account. Deletion is refused while one is active. See Delete your account.
Update your card
Click Update payment method, then save the new card. It becomes the default for future charges on your billing profile.
Cancel a PayPal subscription
The PayPal row on Billing is for information only: plan, status, price and renewal date. It has no Cancel, Change plan, Add seats or Update payment method button, and Cliqer cannot cancel a PayPal subscription for you from the website. A PayPal subscription is managed from its PayPal billing agreement.
To cancel, sign in to your PayPal account and cancel the automatic payment to Cliqer (in PayPal, under automatic payments). If you need help, contact us.
Invoices
The Invoices table lists your invoices with Invoice number, Status, Amount and Date.
- Where the invoice number is a link, click it to open the invoice page, then Download PDF to save it. Back to billing returns to the list.
- The two icons at the end of a row open the hosted invoice and the PDF, where they are available.
- Statuses include paid, open, draft, void, uncollectible, refunded and partly refunded.
- A secure billing portal button at the top right gives you the full receipt history, when your account has one.
An empty table says No invoices yet.
Billing name, address and tax IDs
Click Edit billing details at the top right of Billing. It opens Settings, Billing details, where you set what is printed on invoices and receipts:
- Billing name: your company, or your full name.
- Billing email: where invoices and receipts go. It defaults to your sign-in email.
- Address: your billing address.
- Tax IDs: VAT or other tax numbers. Choose the type, enter the number and click Add. Adding or removing a tax ID takes effect at once. Use Save changes for the name, email and address.
Renew an expired subscription key
If a subscription licence has expired and its plan is still on sale, My Licences shows Renew licence. It opens Renew this key, which buys the same plan again and keeps your exact licence key. After payment the key goes active again in a moment. If Renew licence is not offered, the card shows Choose a new plan or Contact support instead.
Renew updates on a perpetual key
A perpetual key never expires, but it runs only the versions released inside its updates window. Renew updates adds 12 more months of updates and support to the key, as a one-off payment with no subscription. Your key stays perpetual.
- Open My Licences. On the card, the Software updates line shows Up to v.... Click Renew updates.
- In Unlock the current version, click Renew this key, then pay at checkout. Cliqer confirms with Renewal complete.
- To renew several keys in one payment, click Choose keys. The Renew updates and support page lists your capped keys. Tick the ones you want, check the total and click Renew updates.
- Or click See plans to move to a subscription, which always runs the latest version.
The Cliqer app also links here with Renew updates to unlock this version when your key is too old for the version you installed. If every active key already runs the current version, the page says so.
